What happens after the consultation?
After the consultation, I am available via email for any additional questions or clarifications you may have regarding the suggested exercises or advice.
You can then decide to:
– Continue with regular sessions (consultations are often scheduled once a month, while psychotherapy usually takes place weekly).
– Book another consultation later, where we review what worked for you from the first session and what didn’t and add new resources and support if needed.
– Choose a shorter follow-up session (30 minutes or even 10 minutes) in case of urgency or a smaller, specific question

2. DO YOU OFFER ONLINE SESSIONS?
Yes, all services (consultations, psychotherapy sessions, the BALANCE program, individual reflective writing sessions) are also available online via video call. I work with clients worldwide and about half of my practice is online. Even in this format, we consistently achieve the same results.
3. WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF SERVICES?
The prices depend on the type of support you choose, ranging from premium support options to more affordable ones. After your inquiry, I will send you the price list so you can review it and select the option that best suits you.
4. IS MY WORK WITH YOU CONFIDENTIAL AND SAFE?
Absolutely. Everything you share remains fully confidential and is protected under the ethical standards of psychotherapy, which I strictly follow.
