I completed my psychotherapy studies at SFU University Vienna with a 4-year Gestalt specialization and an English program in reflective and therapeutic writing. I regularly continue my education by attending American and European psychotherapy seminars and conferences, where I deepen my knowledge with the most modern approaches.

My approach is holistic, supported by the latest research and techniques. In my work, I use methods and techniques of Gestalt psychotherapy, complemented by reflective and therapeutic writing practices, which are widely valued abroad.

Through my psychotherapy work, I strive to help people feel understood and support them in facing both the painful and joyful moments of life. It is an honor to do this work and to be part of diverse stories and your unique process.

I provide consultations, therapy and programs for adolescents and adults, addressing topics such as anxiety, self-image issues, depression, grief, relationships, loneliness, unresolved trauma, and personal growth.

Therapies and consultations are held in my private practice in Ljubljana, as well as online with clients from Slovenia, other parts of Europe and the United States.

The BALANCE ME brand was founded by Petra with the purpose of supporting you in achieving better mental health and a higher quality of life. At Balance Me, we stand by your side on your journey toward inner peace and stability. The BALANCE ME method is an advanced way of creating emotional balance within yourself, developed by Petra through years of in-depth research, training in the most modern American educational programs and hands-on experience in her private psychotherapy practice.
